The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Feb. 25 to Mar. 2. Total number of permits issued: 186. Since January 2009, $846,419,777construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.
Commercial permits issued
Commercial Construction was issued a $125,000 permit for alterations at Havoc/Electrical at 6 Commerce Blvd.
Residential permits issued
Seagate Homes was issued $306,000 for a single-family residence at 26 Essex Lane.
Slone Construction was issued $300,000 for a single-family residence at 24 Eastland Lane.
Seagate Homes was issued $271,000 for a single-family residence at 35 Seattle Trail.
Auburn Homes Inc. was issued $250,000 for a single-family residence 66 Colechester Lane, Unit 3.
Auburn Homes Inc. was issued $235,000 for a single-family residence at 28 Sedgefield Path S.
Millers Screen Repair was issued $26,000 for an addition at 4 Webster Lane.
A Certified Screen was issued $24,000 for an addition at 82 Pittman Drive.
Myrick Pools was issued $13,000 for an addition at 22 Shinnecock Drive.
GT Contractor Services was issued $9,000 for an alteration at 74 Auberry Drive.
East Coast Building was issued $8,000 for an addition at 14 Cerrudo Lane.
Millers Screen Repair was issued $8,000 for an alteration at 63 Brushwood Lane.
A Certified Screen was issued $7,000 for an addition at 20 Riverbend Drive.
Quality First Builders was issued $6,000 for an alteration at 20 Farnum Lane.
GT Contractor Services was issued $6,000 for an addition at 46 Auberry Drive.
BJS Contractors was issued $3,000 for an alteration at 2 Bird Of Paradise Drive.
Millers Screen Repair was issued $2,000 for an alteration at 166 Brookhaven Court S., Building 17.
Dorota Krasuski was issued a permit for Face and Body by Dorota Krasuski, featuring facials, extensions and lashes, at 4865 Palm Coast Parkway NW, Unit 1.
Jennifer Warmka was issued a permit for Journey to Wellness, an outpatient mental health counseling, at 300 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Unit 128.

N Store Services was issued $40,000 for interior alterations at Kohl’s, 665 Palm Coast Parkway SW.
Development order application
PV-Palm Coast, LLC, ordered a subdivision final plat for Shoppes at Palm Coast, at the southeast corner of SR-100 and Belle Terre Blvd.
